WHEN RELOADING FUNDS:
The address entered must match your billing address EXACTLY.
For example: If your billing address is 111 East 8th Street and you enter 111 E 8th St the payment card will not be accepted.

PARTIAL BALANCE / BAD CARD SWIPE:
It was recently brought to our attention that our card processer is not able to process partial balances for split payments at this time and may return a "Bad Card" upon swipe. In order to use a partial balance remaining on a gift card, the amount of the service must not exceed the balance of the gift card. For smaller balances we recommend reloading the gift card with the difference so that there is enough funds on the gift card to cover the full service and utilize the remaining gift card balance.
For example: If your gift card balance is $10 and you would like to use it on a $16 Automatic Wash, we recommend reloading funds for the difference of $6. This will bring the gift card to a balance of $16 so that it will cover the cost of that specific service.
Don't Forget! 5% Loyalty Cash Back is rewarded onto the card any time you reload funds or use your gift card! So by reloading more funds and utilizing your gift card as form of payment you save more!
